The EDF App is operated by ETHIO DANCE FITNESS ONE MEMBER PLC for EDF Gym and Ethio Pilates.

We can help you with:

Creating or accessing your EDF account
Resetting a forgotten password
Membership and package information
Class bookings and cancellations
Check-ins and attendance
Payment or receipt records
Profile and progress information
Account deletion and privacy requests
Reporting technical problems with the app

When contacting us, please include:

Your full name
Your EDF account email address or phone number
A clear description of the problem
The page or feature where the problem happened
Your phone model
Your Android or iOS version, if known
A screenshot of the problem, if helpful

For your security, never send us:

Your password
An SMS verification code
Banking credentials
Other sensitive information that is not needed to investigate the problem

Password help

If you have forgotten your password:

Open the EDF App.
Select Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
Enter the phone number associated with your account.
Enter the SMS verification code sent to your phone.
Create a new password.

EDF staff will never ask you to send your password or SMS verification code by email.

Account deletion

You can delete your account inside the app by following:

Profile → Account → Delete account
