EDF App Account Deletion

The EDF App is operated by ETHIO DANCE FITNESS ONE MEMBER PLC for EDF Gym and Ethio Pilates.

EDF App users can permanently delete their accounts and identifying information using either of the methods below.

Delete your account inside the app

  1. Sign in to the EDF App.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Review the information shown and confirm deletion.

Deletion through the app takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.

Request deletion without using the app

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Send your request to:

Use the subject:

EDF App Account Deletion Request

To help us locate and verify your account, include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address registered to your EDF account
  • The phone number registered to your EDF account
  • Your username, if you remember it

For your security, never send your password or an SMS verification code.

We may contact you to verify that you are the account holder before completing the deletion.

Information that will be deleted

When your deletion is completed, the identifying information associated with your account will be removed, including:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your username and account credentials
  • Your profile photo
  • Your body measurements
  • Your progress photos
  • Coaching and progress notes connected to you

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Information that may be retained

Some payment, membership and attendance records may be retained for up to 10 years where required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legal obligations.

When these records are retained after account deletion, they are separated from your name and contact information so that they are no longer directly connected to you.
